Job summary

Humana Inc is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to oversee the Tandem Behavioral Health Care program in The Villages, FL, reporting to the PCO BH Strategy and Operations director. The role focuses on operations design, performance management, dashboards, and day-to-day execution to improve access, quality, and cost outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field is required.
• 5+ years in healthcare strategy and operations.
• 5+ years cross-functional translation tooling experience.
• Experience building performance dashboards and defining metrics.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder relation skills.
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location.

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance.
• Build Power BI dashboards to measure program performance.
• Own program reporting and communicate impact to leaders.
• Partner with EMR/product teams to define metrics and data integrations.
• Own business partnership and design input for technical products.
• Establish relationships with clinical, tech, and analytics leaders.
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director on request.
