Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to oversee Tandem Behavioral Health Care program operations, analytics, and future-state strategy in the CenterWell ecosystem.

The role partners with clinical and product teams to implement dashboards and performance metrics, driving end-to-end program execution with an ownership mindset. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytics toolkit, experience designing performance management tools, and the ability to manage multiple complex processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations
• 5+ years cross-functional translation tooling experience between clinical leadership and product teams
• Experience developing performance dashboards and defining metric definitions
• Excellent collaboration capabilities and high EQ
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance (access, quality, cost, KPIs)
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for leadership reporting
• Own program reporting and communicate insights to market leaders and executives
• Partner with EMR product teams to define metrics and improve reporting
• Own business partnership and design input for technical products supporting Tandem Care
