Job summary

Humana Inc. (CenterWell Senior Primary Care) seeks a Program Delivery Lead to oversee Tandem Behavioral Health Care operations at The Villages, FL.

You will lead analytics, dashboards, and performance management across clinical and operational teams, collaborating with the BH Strategy and Operations leadership and PCO medical leadership. The role focuses on operational execution and strategic execution rather than direct clinical work, with hybrid work arrangements and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (health care administration, business, social work)
• 5+ years in healthcare strategy and operations
• 5+ years cross-functional translation tooling experience
• Experience designing performance dashboards and defining metric definitions
• Strong collaboration capabilities and high emotional intelligence
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance (access, quality, cost, budgets, KPIs)
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for executive reporting
• Own program reporting and communicate insights to market leaders and executives
• Partner with EMR product team and analytics to define metrics and improve reporting
• Design input for technical product features supporting Tandem Care and PCO clinicians
• Establish relationships with clinical, technology, data, and leadership stakeholders
• Manage special projects at the request of the National BH Director
