Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. health care administration, business administration, social work)
• 5+ years in healthcare strategy and operations, including health-related product, IT, analytics, preferably in value-based care or behavioral health
• 5+ years of cross-functional translation tooling experience (e.g., between clinical leadership and product development)
• Experience in developing performance dashboards—defining metric definitions, collaborating with analytics and tech teams, and defining product feature specs

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance (access, quality, cost, budgets, KPIs, data integrations)
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to measure program performance and support executive reporting
• Own program reporting and communicate impact to market leaders and PCO executives
• Partner with EMR product team, clinical analytics, Medical Economics to define metrics and strengthen reporting
• Own business partnership and design input for technical products supporting Tandem Care and PCO clinicians
• Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders to support program implementation and adoption of new strategies
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director on an ad hoc basis
