• 5+ years cross-functional translation experience between clinical leadership and product teams
• Experience designing performance dashboards with KPI definitions and data-driven reporting
• Strong collaboration, EQ, and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Residency in a CenterWell/Conviva market location

• Own design and execution of program performance analytics and dashboards
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to measure program performance
• Communicate analytics insights to market leaders and PCO executives
• Collaborate with EMR product team and clinical analytics to define metrics and data integrations
• Own business partnerships and provide input for technical product features
• Develop and manage cross-functional partnerships for program implementation
• Support ad hoc special projects for BH Director
