Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., health care administration, business administration, social work).
• 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, including health-related product, IT, analytics, preferably value-based care or behavioral health.
• 5+ years cross-functional translation tooling experience between clinical leadership and product development teams.
• Experience in developing performance dashboards and metric definitions; collaborating with analytics/tech teams to implement dashboards and quality checks.
• Excellent collaboration capabilities and high EQ; able to connect stakeholders and optimize system-level processes.
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location.

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance (access, clinical quality, cost, budgets, KPIs, technology enablement, data integrations).
• Build and maintain Power BI–based dashboards to measure program performance and support executive reporting.
• Own program reporting and use analytics-driven insights to communicate impact to market leaders and PCO executives.
• Partner with EMR product team and analytics leaders to define metrics, integrate data, and strengthen reporting capabilities.
• Own the business partnership and design input for technical products supporting Tandem Care and PCO clinicians.
• Establish relationships with strategic stakeholders to support program implementation and drive adoption of new strategies.
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director on an ad hoc basis.
