Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Program Delivery Lead to oversee Tandem Behavioral Health Care operations within CenterWell at The Villages. You will lead analytics, dashboards, and performance management to support BH strategy and execution across clinical and operational teams.

The role requires strong analytics, collaboration, and program-management skills, with hybrid in The Villages, FL and travel as needed to coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in healthcare strategy and operations.
• 5+ years cross-functional translation tooling experience.
• Experience creating performance dashboards and metric definitions.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building across stakeholders.
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics for program performance including KPIs, access, quality and costs.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for executive reporting.
• Communicate program impact to market leaders and PCO executives.
• Collaborate with EMR/product teams to define metrics and data integration.
• Own business partnerships and input for technical product features.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to support implementation and adoption.
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director on an ad hoc basis.
