Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in The Villages, Florida is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to oversee analytics, performance management, and future-state strategy for Tandem Behavioral Health Care. This hybrid role will partner with the National BH Director and PCO clinicians to design metrics, build Power BI dashboards, and communicate program impact to market leaders.

Responsibilities include end-to-end process ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and guiding data-driven improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business, social work, or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare strategy and operations.
• 5+ years cross-functional translation tooling experience.
• Experience designing performance dashboards and KPI definitions.
• Excellent collaboration and high emotional intelligence; strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics for program performance: access, quality, cost, budgets, KPIs.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for program performance.
• Communicate insights to market leaders and executives.
• Collaborate with EMR product, analytics, Medical Economics to define metrics.
• Drive adoption of new strategies and coordinate with stakeholders.
