Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Washington State is seeking Program Coordinators to supervise patients across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels. You’ll maintain a safe, structured milieu and support treatment plans, meal service, and required documentation.

Requirements include high school diploma, 1 year of direct patient care, and a valid driver’s license. Washington credential may be required. Salary ranges from $22.32 to $30.25 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct patient care in behavioral health or related field.
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Washington credential may be required; ServSafe certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily program structure per schedule.
• Provide patient supervision and ensure safety checks.
• Assist with meals and meal-related documentation.
• Support group facilitation and therapeutic activities.
• Document observations and treatment-related notes in EHR.
• Coordinate transportation for medical appointments when needed.
