Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Washington state seeks a Program Coordinator (PC I-III) to supervise in inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings. You’ll assist with meals, maintain structure, and support therapeutic programming across sites and shifts.

Requires high school completion, a valid driver’s license, state credential, ServSafe where required, and 1 year of direct patient care. Weekend/holiday availability and on-call shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record is required where applicable.
• Washington state credential may be pending at time of hire.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing.
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and maintaining daily program structure.
• Provide mealtime support and supervise patients during meals and snacks.
• Assist with group facilitation and documentation in the EHR.
• Support transportation needs and outings as required.
• Ensure safety checks and patient observation as directed by staff.
