Job summary

Eating Recovery Center Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You’ll provide patient supervision, milieu and mealtime support, and assist with implementing therapeutic programming across multiple ERC Pathlight sites.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and state credentials where required. Washington pay range is $22.40–$31 per hour, with a mid-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Washington state credential (may be pending at hire) required.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations (required).
• Mental Health/Psych Tech or CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care supervision and support for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Provide milieu and group facilitation support and documentation in EHR.
• Provide meal support and dietary guidance during meals and snacks.
• Perform administrative tasks including documentation and transportation support as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field
