Job summary

ERC Pathlight is hiring for a Program Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization programs. You’ll maintain a structured milieu, facilitate groups, assist with meals, and ensure accurate documentation across locations.

A flexible, team‑oriented role requires adherence to treatment plans and safety protocols. The position supports multiple sites in Washington, with a mid-shift schedule and opportunities for advancement within the clinical program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; entry-level options available
• Washington state credential may be pending at time of hire
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on location and licensing regulations

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management: maintain daily program structure and schedule
• Group Facilitation: participate in therapeutic groups and document in EHR
• Meal Support: participate in meals, provide coaching and document meals accurately
• Administrative & Operational Support: complete required documentation and assist with transportation
• Safety & Compliance: observe safety checks and de-escalation per treatment plan
• Documentation: record vitals, weights, and relevant notes as applicable
