Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator at multiple local sites in Washington. The PC roles support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients by providing supervision, structured milieu, and meal coaching to help patients stay engaged and safe throughout treatment.

Positions vary by level (PC I-III); requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and state credential. ServSafe certification may be required by location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Washington state credential may be required.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state licensing regulations.
• Mental Health/Psych Tech or CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management: maintain daily program structure, supervise patients, conduct safety checks.
• Group Facilitation: participate and document in EHR, support group outings.
• Meal Support: assist meals and snacks, coach and support dietary needs, ensure allergy safety.
