Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator I-III to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization programs. This role provides milieu management, meal support, and transportation assistance, ensuring patient safety and adherence to treatment plans.

You will work across multiple sites within Washington state, with a flexible schedule including weekends and on-call shifts. The position offers competitive pay in the Washington market, ongoing training, and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record; required where driving is involved.
• Washington state credential required (may be pending at time of hire).
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations.
• Mental Health/Psych Tech or CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management: maintain daily program structure and safety checks.
• Group Facilitation: participate and document in EHR; support group outings.
• Meal Support: participate in meals and snacks; provide coaching and dietary support.
• Administrative Support: documentation, transport to medical appointments, and other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field

Washington state credential

ServSafe certification

Mental Health/Psych Tech or CNA certification (preferred)
