Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide direct care supervision for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You’ll support meals, supervision, and therapeutic programming while maintaining careful documentation and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preferred bachelor’s in behavioral health. Weekend availability and a flexible schedule are expected across multiple sites in Washington.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and patient care experience.
• Certifications may be required based on state and location.
• Washington credential may be pending at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care supervision and support to inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Assist with mealtime support and dietary needs.
• Maintain documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Support transport and outings as needed.
• Participate in group facilitation and milieu management.
