Job summary

• Willingness to work at all ERC Pathlight local sites.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Washington credential may be pending; ServSafe certification may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree required for PC III.

Responsibilities

• Maintain milieu structure and safety per schedule and physician orders.
• Facilitate group activities and document related notes in the EHR.
• Participate in meals and snack support with coaching aligned to treatment plan.
• Handle administrative tasks including documentation, transportation, and supply coordination.
