Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Washington state is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide direct care for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will help maintain structure, supervise patients, and support mealtimes and therapeutic programming across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include milieu management, group facilitation, meal support, and thorough documentation in the EHR. A driver’s license and state credential are required, with weekend/holiday shifts and on-call

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Washington credential (or eligible) per state requirements.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work at multiple ERC Pathlight locations.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management: maintain daily program structure and supervision.
• Group Facilitation: lead and document group activities and therapy.
• Meal Support: assist meals and snacks with coaching per treatment plan.
• Administrative Support: complete documentation in the EHR.
• Patient Transportation: provide transport as needed for appointments.
• On-call/Weekend coverage as required by location and schedule.
