Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. The PC will provide supervision, milieu management, meal and transportation support, and help implement therapeutic programming across local sites in Washington.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field; ServSafe may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Washington state credential required (may be pending).
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record required.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on licensing regulations.
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience.
• Minimum six months in a behavioral health or related field.

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and patient supervision across units.
• Support meal times and meals/snacks with patients.
• Documentation of observations and events in the EHR.
• Assist with transportation for medical appointments and outings.
• Provide on-site administrative support as needed.
