Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide direct care and supervision in inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings across multiple sites in Washington. The role includes daytime supervision, meal support, and documentation within an evidence-based treatment program.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s in behavioral health, and at least one year of direct patient care experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of direct patient care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily program structure and schedule.
• Provide patient supervision and safety checks.
• Assist with mealtime support and meal documentation.
• Support group facilitation and therapeutic activities.
• Complete required documentation in EHR.
