Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide direct care for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients across our sites. You will support mealtime needs, implement therapy programs, and assist with documentation in the EHR.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts is required. Must have a HS diploma or GED, a driver’s license with a safe record, and relevant behavioral health qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (required).
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience (required).
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations (required).
• Washington teammates must hold a state credential (may be pending at time of hire) (required).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record (required where transportation is needed).
• Be willing to work at all ERC Pathlight local sites as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Direct care of inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Provide milieu and meal support and implement therapeutic programming.
• Complete documentation in EHR for group facilitation and patient care.
• Transport patients for medical appointments and support facility outings.
