Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee direct care for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients across multiple locations. You will supervise and support patients, provide milieu structure, meal assistance, and ensure appropriate documentation and safety throughout shifts.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in behavioral health, at least one year of direct patient care, and a valid driver’s license where required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (where applicable).
• Washington state credential may be pending at time of hire.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and maintaining daily program structure.
• Observation rounds and safety checks as ordered by physician.
• Group facilitation and documentation in the EHR.
• Meal support and coaching patients during meals and snacks.
• Provide patient transportation and support for outings or errands.
• Complete appropriate documentation following standards.
