Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 2 to assemble windows & doors, maintain a safe, quality-focused workflow, and minimize waste as material moves through the plant.

The role requires operating hand tools, packing products, supporting team engagement, and adhering to defined work rates. Training coworkers and ensuring schedule adherence are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, with ability to read and recognize words and numbers.
• Ability to follow safety rules, PPE, and standard work instructions.
• Able to perform basic math including fractions and decimals.
• Able to stand 8–10 hours, lift 50 pounds.
• Cross-trained across departments.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support and participate in employee engagement activities.
• Follow defined clean-up times and safe work practices.
• Work to established rate per customer demand and operations.
• Identify problems and communicate issues.
• Train co-workers and oversee multiple workstations.
