Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 2 to perform windows and doors assembly while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will operate hand tools, read tape measures, follow standard work, train co-workers, and help maintain flow across the plant.

The role requires ability to lift 50 pounds, stand 8–10 hours, and work extended hours or weekends as needed. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Ability to read basic word/number cues and recognize visuals.
• Operate power tools with proper PPE and safety awareness.
• Identify hazards and apply safety protocols.
• Understand measurement standards and tolerances.
• Follow Standard Work and instructions.
• Know product defects for station quality.
• Demonstrate effective communication and listening.
• Manage time and know cycle times.
• Interpret computer systems and data downloads.
• Stand 8–10 hours; lift 50+ pounds.
• Perform root cause analysis for problems.

Responsabilidades

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick, and pack products.

• Work to defined rate per customer demand and standard operations.
• Help define and improve standard work for quality windows.
• Identify and communicate issues; train coworkers.
