Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 2 to perform windows and doors assembly operations, ensuring we Safely make a Quality product and minimize waste/cost, so it can be delivered on time to customers.

Also, responsible for working with a sense of urgency while maintaining the flow of material throughout the plant by performing the following duties: The position requires reading a tape measure, interpreting fractions/decimals, using power tools, and

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Read basic word/number cues and recognize visual hints.
• Operate power tools safely and follow PPE requirements.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols.
• Follow standard work instructions and maintain quality.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and initiative.
• Able to stand 8–10 hours and lift 50 lb daily.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, lift, pick and pack products with hand tools.
• Support engagement activities and follow cleanup times.
• Work safely and adhere to defined production rates.
• Contribute to improving standard work for quality windows.
• Identify problems and communicate issues to supervision.
• Assist in training coworkers and maintain a respectful workplace.
• Perform other plant duties as directed by supervision.
