Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 2 to operate windows and doors assembly lines, ensuring a safe, high-quality output while minimizing waste. You will help maintain material flow and meet production rate targets across the plant.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Ability to read basic word and number cues and operate with PPE.
• Follow Standard Work and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Stand for 8–10 hours and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, lift, pick and pack products using hand tools.
• Support employee engagement activities and maintain defined cleanup times.
• Work at a defined rate per customer demand and standardized operations.
• Identify problems and communicate issues; assist with training coworkers.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements to maintain a safe workplace.
