Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is hiring a Production Associate 2 responsible for windows and doors assembly, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will operate hand tools, lift and pack products, and support continuous improvement while maintaining productivity across the plant.

The role requires ability to read measurements, follow safety rules, and work extended hours as needed. Competitive pay and benefits accompany full-time hours at our Lexington area facility.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Ability to read basic words/numbers and recognize visual cues.
• Operate power tools with proper PPE and safety awareness.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Understand measurement standards and tolerances.

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support and participate in Employee Engagement activities.
• Follow defined clean-up times and safe work practices.
• Work to defined rate based on customer demand and operations.
• Assist in defining and improving standard work for quality windows.
