Qualifications

• Experience monitoring, administering, and troubleshooting high-availability platform environments.
• Strong SQL skills and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell).
• Solid knowledge of core networking technologies and internet protocols (TCP/IP, WAN, DNS).
• Ability to partner with SMEs to identify underlying issues and implement robust resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Deploying critical software, metadata, network, and platform changes safely across all global networks.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues to maintain platform stability.
• Identify, design, and implement operational process improvements that maximize change safety and efficiency.
• Continuously improve internal tools, monitoring alerts, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and SMEs to isolate bugs and implement long-term resolutions.
