• Diagnose and resolve complex issues to maintain platform stability.
• Design and implement operational improvements to boost change safety and efficiency.
• Improve internal tools, monitoring alerts, procedures, and docs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and SMEs to isolate bugs and craft long-term resolutions.
