Qualifications

• 2+ years of Linux/Unix administration in large-scale content distributed environments.
• Experience monitoring, administering, and troubleshooting high-availability platform environments.
• Solid understanding of SQL and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell).
• Good knowledge of core networking technologies and internet protocols (TCP/IP, DNS).

Responsibilities

• Deploying critical software, metadata, network, and platform changes safely, accurately, and efficiently across all global networks.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues to maintain platform stability.
• Processing & Safety Improvement: identify, design, and implement operational process improvements that maximize change safety and operational efficiency.
• Tooling & Documentation: improve internal tools, monitoring alerts, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
• Working with cross-functional teams and SMEs to isolate software bugs and implement robust long-term resolutions.
