Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Production Recruiting Lead for the CW Division to own end-to-end production hiring outcomes, including headcount planning, demand forecasting, requisition prioritization, and delivery against targets.

You will operate as an embedded player-coach and strategic program manager, aligning centralized recruiters with divisional needs, delivering regular reporting, and building trusted relationships with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience in high-volume production or technical recruiting.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business needs into hiring strategies.
• Proven program management capability, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to present hiring health narratives.
• Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment without formal management authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production hiring outcomes for CW, including headcount planning, demand forecasting, requisition prioritization, and delivery against hiring targets.
• Act as the primary strategic talent partner to the Head of TA and divisional leaders, translating objectives into executable hiring strategies.
• Deliver regular reporting on hiring health, pipeline velocity, capacity constraints, and risk mitigation to divisional leadership.
• Define and manage SLAs, hiring goals, and success metrics for the Division's production portfolio with stakeholders.
• Personally own and execute full-cycle recruiting for priority roles when needed (leadership to critical positions).
• Lead surge hiring initiatives and complex campaigns specific to the Division's business needs.
• Coordinate intake meetings, pipeline reviews, and cross-functional coordination with hiring managers, HR, and Finance.
• Escalate blockers and align stakeholders to maintain momentum and alignment.
