Qualifications

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to manage complex hiring portfolios with minimal oversight.
• Strong partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven program management experience for hiring initiatives beyond requisitions.
• Excellent analytics and communication skills for leadership narratives.
• Experience in matrixed organizations and influencing without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production hiring outcomes for CW.
• Act as strategic talent partner to Head of TA and divisional leaders.
• Deliver regular hiring health reporting to leadership.
• Define and manage SLAs, hiring goals, and success metrics.
