Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Production Recruiting Lead for the CW division. You will own end-to-end production hiring outcomes, partner with senior leaders, and align centralized recruiting with divisional needs to ensure reliable talent delivery.

This embedded operator role combines hands-on recruiting for leadership and hard-to-fill roles with strategic program management, reporting, and process optimization across the division, while maintaining strong market

Qualifications

8+ years of talent acquisition experience, incl. full-cycle production or technical recruiting.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Strong partnership with senior stakeholders to translate needs into hiring strategies.
Proven program management for cross-functional hiring initiatives.
Excellent data-driven decision making and communication.
Experience navigating a matrix organization without formal management authority.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end production hiring outcomes for CW, including headcount planning and demand forecasting.
Deliver regular hiring health reports to divisional leadership.
Set SLAs, goals, and success metrics for the division's production portfolio.
Execute full-cycle recruiting for priority roles (Leadership and above).
Maintain credibility with market intelligence on compensation trends.
Align centralized recruiters to division priorities.
