Qualifications

8+ years of talent acquisition experience in production/technical recruiting.
Ability to manage complex portfolios with minimal oversight.
Strong business partnership with senior stakeholders.
Proven program management experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
Excellent data analysis and communication skills.
Comfort working in a matrixed environment without formal authority.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end production hiring for CW with headcount planning.
Partner with Head of TA and divisional leaders to translate objectives.
Deliver reporting on hiring health and pipeline velocity.
Define SLAs, hiring goals, and success metrics for the division.
Execute full-cycle recruiting for priority roles.
Lead surge hiring initiatives and high-volume campaigns.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and managers; resolve blockers.
