Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Recruiting Lead for the Connected Warfare division. You will own all production hiring outcomes, partner with senior leaders, and align centralized recruiting with division priorities.

This embedded, program-like role demands strategic thinking, tactical execution, and trusted relationships with leadership. You will drive end-to-end recruitment for leadership and hard-to-fill roles, manage SLAs, and coach centralized recruiters while leading surge

Qualifications

8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including production/technical recruiting.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage escalations.
Experience leading multi-requisition programs and cross-functional hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end production hiring for the CW division, including planning and delivery.
Partner with Head of TA and division leaders to define hiring strategies.
Provide reporting on hiring health, pipeline velocity, and risk mitigation.
Own full-cycle recruiting for priority, complex production roles as needed.
Set SLAs, goals, and success metrics with business stakeholders.
Coach centralized recruiters supporting the division (non-managerial).
Lead surge hiring initiatives and high-volume campaigns for the division.
