Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Recruiting Lead for the Connected Warfare division. You will own end-to-end production hiring outcomes, partner with senior leaders, and align centralized recruiting with divisional priorities.

This role combines hands-on recruiting with strategic program management and cross-functional collaboration. You will drive demand forecasting, SLA definitions, and performance metrics while maintaining depth in market intelligence and candidate engagement for

Qualifications

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex hiring portfolios and escalations.
• Strong business partnership skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading hiring initiatives beyond individual requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production hiring outcomes for CW, including headcount planning and demand forecasting.
• Partner with Head of TA and divisional leaders to translate objectives into hiring strategies.
• Deliver regular reporting on hiring health, pipeline velocity, and risk mitigation.
• Personally own full-cycle recruiting for priority roles as needed, including senior leaders.
