Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Recruiting Lead for the Connected Warfare division to own all production, manufacturing, and supply chain hiring outcomes. You will drive headcount planning, demand forecasting, requisition prioritization, and strategic partnerships with senior leaders in TA and the division.

You will act as the embedded operator, coaching centralized recruiters while owning the most complex roles, including Head of, Director, and VP positions, and leading high-volume

Qualifications

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle production or technical recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight and manage complex hiring portfolios.
• Strong business partnership skills: influence Directors and above, translate needs into hiring strategies.
• Demonstrated program or project management capability; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; present hiring health narratives to senior leadership.
• Comfortable in a matrixed environment, provide direction without formal management authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production hiring outcomes for CW, including headcount planning and delivery against targets.
• Act as strategic talent partner to Head of TA and divisional leaders, translating objectives into hiring strategies.
• Deliver regular reporting on hiring health, pipeline velocity, capacity, and risk to leadership.
• Define SLAs, hiring goals, and success metrics for the division's production portfolio.
• Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for priority roles, including leadership and senior technical hires.
• Lead surge hiring initiatives and high-volume campaigns for the division.
• Align centralized production TA priorities to the division's needs and coordinate with HR, Finance.
• Provide coaching and quality assurance to centralized recruiters supporting the division.
• Design surge programs and manage intake meetings, pipeline reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
