Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in related printing pre-sales/post-sales support.
• Experience with large format and production environments.
• Travel up to 70% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with accurate technical guidance in presentations and trainings.
• Collaborate on RFP responses and provide project management support.
• Assist in installation and integration of products and applications.
• Provide post-sales 24/7 after-hours support and implementation services.
• Generate professional services revenue independent of equipment sales.
