Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees to meet daily goals (110 garments/hour) and maintain quality (90%+).
• Organize backroom workflow to maximize production and minimize waste.
• Process donations efficiently from donation door to sales floor.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure merchandise is sale-ready.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate store operation coverage.
• Maintain safe backroom conditions and enforce safety policies.
• Operate cash register only in emergencies and assist as needed.
