Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Store Production Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced donation-to-sales environment. You will oversee daily output, ensure product quality, and maintain efficient backroom operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and supervisory experience, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. You will coordinate with store leadership to meet sales goals and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in retail, production, manufacturing, or assembly preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff to meet daily goals (minimum 110 garments per hour; quality standard 90%).
• Maintain backroom workflow to maximize production and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Process donations to maximize sales and minimize waste; ensure accurate piece counts.
• Conduct quality checks on merchandise before placing on sales floor.
• Create and maintain schedules to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations.
