Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in retail/supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees to meet daily output goals (min 110 garments/hour) and maintain quality standard.
• Ensure backroom workflow is optimized to maximize production.
• Process donations to maximize sales and minimize waste.
• Conduct quality checks on merchandise before placing on sales floor.
• Maintain safe backroom conditions and proper scheduling.
• Coach and train production staff; document coaching and development.
• Coordinate with transportation and District Managers on daily needs.
• Ensure donations are processed expediently from donation door to sales floor.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving/exceeding sales goals and contingency planning.
