Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees to meet daily goals (min 110 garments/hour, 90% quality).
• Maintain backroom workflow to maximize production and ensure smooth operations.
• Process donations to maximize sales and minimize waste.
• Conduct quality checks on merchandise before placing on sales floor.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with transportation and district managers.
