Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Store Production Supervisor to lead donation intake, sort, price, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor. You will oversee daily production, ensure a minimum of 110 garments per hour with 90% quality, maintain backroom flow, and coordinate with the transportation and district managers to meet goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Leadership, team building and mentoring experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees to meet daily production goals (min 110 garments/hr, 90% quality).
• Ensure backroom workflow is set up and maintained to maximize production.
• Process donations to maximize sales and minimize waste.
• Monitor waste and protect saleable merchandise from discard.
• Conduct quality checks on merchandise before placing on sales floor.
• Conduct textile rack checks to ensure correct piece counts.
