Job summary

bioMérieux seeks a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will oversee preventive, corrective, and urgent maintenance workflows, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement to minimize downtime.

This role combines hands‑on maintenance of complex electrical and mechanical systems with office‑based administration and leadership responsibilities, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics or related field; 4+ years in automated systems.
• Alternatively, 8+ years of experience with highly automated electrical and mechanical systems and leadership.
• Preferred CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Conduct advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on complex systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and ensure execution of the maintenance operational plan and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
• Contribute to budget forecast and analysis in the own perimeter.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and effectively manage resources to optimize performance.
• Plan, initiate, and track progress of work assignments utilizing CMMS.
• Provide training, mentoring, and drive professional development.
