Job summary

bioMérieux in Cary, NC seeks a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for preventive, corrective, and urgent maintenance of highly automated equipment, tools, and facilities. The role is 70% field work and 30% office work, with CMMS oversight and project management responsibilities.

You will drive root cause analysis, train staff, ensure safety and product quality, and coordinate with outside contractors to optimize maintenance execution and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics or related field.
• 4+ years of experience leading teams with highly automated electrical and mechanical systems.
• Or 8+ years of experience with automated systems and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations.
• Perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on complex systems.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and manage resources to optimize performance.
• Ensure safety and quality standards across maintenance activities.
• Assist in budget forecasting and project support.
