bioMérieux is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, organize and optimize Maintenance Management and Production activities, and oversee preventive, corrective, and urgent maintenance workflows using the CMMS. This role emphasizes reducing maintenance costs and managing outside contractors while directing daily and project efforts to maximize efficiency and productivity.

The position is a working supervisor role, requiring 70% production maintenance and 30%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics or related field and 4+ years of experience, working with highly automated electrical and mechanical systems, including demonstrated ability to lead others.
• Or in lieu of degree, 8+ years of experience working with highly automated electrical and mechanical systems, including demonstrated ability to lead others.
• Preferred 8 years of experience working with production equipment and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Conduct advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on complex systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and ensure execution of the maintenance operational plan and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
• Contribute to budget forecast and analysis in the own perimeter.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and effectively manage resources to optimize performance.
• Monitor team performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to team members, fostering skill development and a collaborative work environment.
