Job summary

bioMerieux in Graham, NC is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in a highly automated manufacturing environment. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance and drive reliability improvements.

You will split time between hands-on production work (about 70%) and office administration (about 30%), coordinating with outside contractors and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Strong leadership, planning, and CMMS proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years leading maintenance teams in automated environments or 8+ years with leadership in lieu of degree.
• Experience with highly automated electrical and mechanical systems and CMMS is preferred.
• Strong leadership, safety and quality standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations for efficient workflow.
• Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and urgent maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Oversee maintenance budget forecasting and cost control.
• Coordinate projects including new machine installations and product implementations.
• Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and provide training.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics or related field

8+ years of experience with highly automated electrical and mechanical systems, including demonstrated ability to lead others
