The role is 70% hands-on maintenance in the production area and 30% administrative duties in the office, guiding safety, quality, and continuous improvement while coordinating with outside contractors and plant management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years in automated maintenance leadership.
• Experience leading teams in highly automated electrical and mechanical systems.
• CMMS experience preferred (maintenance management).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations for efficiency.
• Perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on complex systems.
• Execute maintenance plan and strategy; ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Support budget forecasting and project initiatives in maintenance.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for maintenance work.
