Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics or related field with 4+ years of experience or 8+ years in automation.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and coordinating maintenance across production areas.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality standards and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations for efficient workflow.
• Troubleshoot complex systems and implement maintenance plans.
• Ensure execution of maintenance strategy and compliance with safety/quality standards.
• Oversee CMMS planning and tracking of work orders.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
