Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in a highly automated environment. You will organize maintenance activities, optimize PM/CMMS workflows, and oversee project work to ensure equipment reliability and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses 70% in production maintenance and 30% in admin tasks, demanding strong leadership, problem-solving, and budget awareness. Travel is minimal, and you will mentor staff while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics or related field with 4+ years’ experience.
• Alternative: 8+ years’ experience leading teams with highly automated systems.
• Experience with CMMS and production equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Conduct advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on complex systems.
• Implement and ensure execution of the maintenance plan/strategy.
• Ensure safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
• Contribute to budget forecast and analysis.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and manage resources to optimize performance.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
