Job summary
bioMerieux is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in a high‑automation production environment. The role focuses on organizing, administrating, and optimizing maintenance and project activities, overseeing preventive, corrective, and urgent maintenance within the CMMS, and reducing costs while improving reliability.
The position is supervisory, with approximately 70% field maintenance in the production area and 30% office administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics or related field with 4+ years of experience leading others.
- 8+ years of experience with highly automated electrical and mechanical systems, including leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations for efficient workflow.
- Conduct advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on complex systems.
- Implement and execute the maintenance operational plan and strategy.
- Ensure safety and quality standards across maintenance activities.
- Support budget forecasting and analysis within the perimeter.
- Participate in projects including new product implementations and new machine installations.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and optimize resource use.
